For 2018 Canyon have updated their XC range with the brand new Canyon Lux. It's the full suspension mountain bike of choice for XCO stars Mathieu Van Der Poel and Pauline Ferrand Prevot in the cross country UCI World Cups, with it's super light aggressive frame and 100mm of travel. It's one of the lightest full suspension bikes on the market, with the frame and shock weighing in at less than 2000 grams. The shifting is provided by the new Shimano XTR groupset, including the new 12 speed cassette and gears. Shimano have also provided a super light XC brake calliper that promises assured stopping power in any conditions. The new Lux uses some of the aggressive geometry of the Canyon Exceed Hardtails. The entire frame is sleek with internal routing throughout, and finished exclusively with carbon fibre components. Paired to a Fox 32 Cross Country fork and rolling on super lightweight DT Swiss carbon wheels the Canyon Lux promises to roll fast and smooth.
