Sam Gaze put in a personal best performance at the first round of the XC World Cup in Stellenbosch, securing his first ever victory in the Elite category and ending Nino Schurter's dominance over the men's field. Sam's turning a lot of heads this year, as is his black and white Kiwi themed S-works Epic. To compensate for this Sam runs his seat really far back on the rails and his bars long and low to keep the front end down whilst climbing.
