Shimano XTR has long been the groupset Mountain Bikers lust after; now, in it’s latest iteration, it’s finally available as a 12 speed drivetrain. After 13 iterations over 27 years it's fair to say that it's changed quite a lot since the first XTR groupset from 1992!
