How To Ride Tight & Steep Switchback Corners On Your Mountain Bike

Published on November 20th 2019

Switchbacks can be tricky obstacles to master as they tend to exist as a way to mellow out steeper, gnarlier terrain; meaning that by definition, they're a harder feature to ride. You need to use skill areas from all areas of your riding all at once to take them on successfully... looking around the corner, braking management, cornering, weighting the tyres and being confident all come into play. Sounds tricky right... it's actually not so bad!
