Saddles can restrict you moving your weight far enough back. A dropper post is ideal for this, but you can just stop and manually lower your saddle too. Take your time and drop into the section nice and slowly, especially if it is really steep. Roll in just quick enough to keep your balance and keep looking at where you want to be. Be ready to come off the brakes, if the wheels start to slide, keep modulating the brakes and don’t panic, breathe and keep looking down the trail to where you want to be.
