This week Blake is in the kitchen to show you a quick and easy recipe to make your own energy food for mountain biking. These power balls are no bake and take less than half an hour to make from start to finish. If you don’t have all the ingredients or are allergic to nuts, substitute them for something else, it’s that easy! Plus they're the perfect size for convenient carrying on the bike.
