Allergic to nuts? Add more fruit, or why not some dark chocolate. You will need: 3 Medium Eggs 3 Tbsp of Nut Butter 200 grams of ripe bananas 50 grams of butter 2 Tbsp of mixed spices 50 grams of honey A pinch of salt 200 grams of oats 100 grams of barley 100 grams of chopped dates 50 grams dried cherries 50 grams of pecan nuts 50 grams of brazil nuts 50 grams of sliced almonds A food mixer, mixing bowls, greaseproof paper and a good baking tray. Preheat your oven at 200 degrees celsius, and once mixed, bake for 20-25 minutes or until a beautiful golden brown.
